Ep. 21 - How To Build Resilience & Fiona Oakes Interview
Please consider donating to Tower Hill Stables, they have been struggling through Covid and your financial support will make such a huge, direct impact. Thank you.
I run through a few methods to help build resilience before talking to endurance runner and founder of Tower Hill Stables Fiona Oakes.
Fiona Oakes became the fastest woman to run a marathon on all seven continents & the North Pole in the world. She is the subject of the documentary, 'Running For Good' and in 2015, completed 6 official marathons in 6 days on 6 continents.
This was recorded back in October 2019.
